So tomorrow begins another year. The year 2013.
A little background check on me to begin.
I am 35 years old. I was born in 1977.
I was ALWAYS the skinny kid.
After having 7 (live) children and 2 miscarriages, my body is far from skinny.
I don't need or want to be skinny.
I just want to be healthier.
I know I am not eating healthy.
I know I am not as fit as I could be.
I do not want to be some super crazed fitness person.
I know I can eat better/healthier and choose to work out more, so this year I am.

This is COMPLETELY do-able for me and I am actually going to attempt closer to 500 miles.
I have decided for now to be a blogger about this journey.
I have been following a few people on youtube trying to lose weight this past year but I am not brave enough to video myself (yet...maybe one day though).
So this is it...Carrie on the move.
